The unit holders of Meezan Sovereign Fund (“MSF”) a Shariah Complaint Income Scheme under management of Al Meezan Investment Management Limited are hereby informed that the Management Company with the consent of the CDC-Trustee- MSF and approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) vide letter dated February 8, 2018 has replaced the Offering Document vide 4th Supplemental Offering Document (Replacement) of the Fund.
The changes shall be effective after 90 days of the publication of this Notice.
The 4th Supplemental Offering Document (Replacement) of MSF is available on the company website.
