The Unit Holders of Meezan Cash Fund (“MCF/the Fund”) are hereby informed that the Management Company with the consent of the CDC-Trustee MCF and approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) vide letter dated September 4, 2019 has made changes in the Offering Document of MCF by way of 5th Supplemental Offering Document.
These changes shall be effective after 90 days from the publication of this Notice.
The 5th Supplemental Offering Document of the Fund is available on website www.almeezangroup.com of the Company.
