We would like to inform you that the maturity of MSAP-III due on April 03, 2020, after completing its 3 years of operations has been extended for another term of one year till April 03, 2021. During this extended period, you can still redeem or convert your investment anytime without any exit charges/ back end load / penalty or contingent load. The extension in maturity has been consented by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (Custodian/Trustee) and approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Regulator) through its e-mail dated March 30, 2020, wherein it acceded to the Management Company’s request submitted to it vide Second Supplemental to the Second Supplementary Offering Document of MSAF.
