The Unit Holders of Meezan Balanced Fund (“MBF/ the Fund”) are hereby informed that the Management Company with the consent of the CDC-Trustee MBF and approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) through its e-mail dated April 01, 2020, has made changes in the Offering Document of MBF by way of 5th Supplemental Offering Document.
These changes shall be effective after 30 days from the publication of this Notice.
The 5th Supplemental Offering Document of the Fund is available on website www.almeezangroup.com of the Company.
