Notice of Interim/ Final Distributions
by the Funds under management of
Al Meezan Investment Management Limited
Interim
The Unit Holders of Funds named below under management of Al Meezan Investment Management Limited (Al Meezan) are hereby informed that the Chief Executive Officer under the authority delegated by the Board of Al Meezan may, if deemed fit approve interim distribution in these Funds on Friday June 26, 2015.

Applications for investment/ redemption/ transfer/ conversion or pledge of units received by the management company on or before close of the business on Thursday June 25, 2015 shall be entitled for the purpose of interim distribution, if any that may be approved by the Chief Executive Officer.
Final
The meeting of the Board of Directors of Al Meezan will be held on Friday July 3, 2015 to consider and approve final distribution in the following Funds, if any for the year ending June 30, 2015.

The Unit Holders Register of above Funds shall remain closed from Wednesday July 1, 2015 to Friday July 3, 2015.
Applications for investment/ redemption/ transfer/ conversion or pledge of units received by the management company on or before close of the business on Tuesday June 30, 2015 shall be entitled for the purpose of final distribution that may be approved by the Board of Directors of Al Meezan.
Unit Holders of all the above Funds are requested to notify any change in address and other particulars at the address given below:
