We would like to inform you that the initial maturity of MCPP-IV is due on October 30, 2020, after completing its 2.5 years of operations from the close of subscription period. However, the maturity has been extended for another term of two years till October 30, 2022. During this extended period, you can redeem or convert your investment anytime without any exit charges/ back end load / penalty or contingent load. The extension in maturity has been consented by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (Custodian/Trustee) and approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Regulator) vide Second Supplement dated October 28, 2020 to the Second Supplementary Offering Document of MSAF-II.
