Thank you for investing in Meezan Strategic Allocation Plan-III (MSAP-III) of Meezan Strategic Allocation Fund (MSAF) and entrusting us with the responsibility of managing your investments. We would like to inform you that the fourth maturity of MSAP-III is due on April 03, 2022, after completing its 5 years of operations. The Management Company has decided to extend the duration of the Plan for the indefinite period upon completion of initial maturity period i.e. April 03, 2022. Unit holders shall have the option to either remain invested in the plan or exit the plan any time, without any exit charges / Back End Load/ Penalty or Contingent Load. The indefinite extension in duration has been consented by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (Custodian/Trustee) and approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Regulator) vide Fourth Supplemental to the Second Supplemental Offering Document of MSAF vide letter dated March 18, 2022.
