The unit holders of Meezan Balanced Fund (“MBF”) a Shariah Complaint Scheme under management of Al Meezan Investment Management Limited are hereby informed that the Management Company with the consent of the CDC-Trustee- MBF and approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) vide letter dated November 19, 2018 has made changes in Clause 2 of the Offering Document of the Fund.
