This is to inform that the Chief Executive Officer of Al Meezan Investment Management Limited under the authority delegated by the Board of the Company may, if deemed fit, will approve interim distribution on Monday June 27, 2022 out of the profits earned in the following Funds for the year ending June 30, 2022;
1. Meezan Islamic Income Fund (MIIF)
2. Meezan Cash Fund (MCF)
3. Meezan Sovereign Fund (MSF)
4. Meezan Gold Fund (MGF)
5. Meezan Fixed Term Fund (MFTF)
The register of the unitholders of aforementioned Funds will remain closed on Friday, June 24, 2022. Unitholders whose name appear in the register at the close of the business on Thursday, June 23, 2022 will be entitled for the purpose of the interim distribution, if any, that may be approved by the Chief Executive Officer.
There will be NO MEC on Friday, June 24, 2022 in the above funds due to Book Closure.
