In case of complaint contact your Relationship Manager or call us at toll free 0800-42525 (HALAL) from anywhere in Pakistan. If your concerns are not settled to your satisfaction, please fill out the Form given below, and we will get back to you at the earliest.

All the concerns will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt with expected closure time. If the concerns are not addressed within stipulated timelines nor any acknowledgment is made, you may escalate your concerns to Manager-Customer Services at ‘[email protected]’ or you may contact on Toll Free # 0800 – HALAL (42525)

You will be responded within 48 hours of the escalation. All the correspondences are effectively managed through Customer Relationship Management system for recording purpose.
